In 2001, Brent founded Credit Union Solutions Group, where he implemented affinity auto buying programs for thousands of credit union members. He pioneered the innovative incorporation of the US Senate into auto buying programs and was recognized by Senator Orrin Hatch for creating awareness and educating consumers on important legislation such as S.760 the CLEAR ACT (Clean Efficient Automobiles Resulting from Advanced Car Technologies). He ascertained Senator Hatch's recognition for many auto dealerships regarding outstanding sales volume for Hybrid models.This led to Brent working with the top leaders of the Department of Energy and he was later invited to join the North Central Texas Council of Governments in 2004.

When Brent wants to relax he escapes to the great outdoors, because he understands we are only guaranteed a few sunrises and sunsets in this life. He understands getting outdoors and experiencing it always brings him back to center. He also understands doing this helps him and others realize the natural human feeling of who they are, why they are, and what they are here for. And it doesn't hurt being in the woods, chasing around those white tails and sending some rounds down range or putting a line in the water. Brent finds a much better connection to life where there is no WIFI or internet connection! And he often recommends that others practice leaving their gadgets behind as much as possible and get in the outdoors so they can also disconnect and get back to center!

As a multi-faceted teenager, Brent (practically) grew up with a guitar in one hand and a briefcase in the other. Realizing that his talent could take him in either direction, he soon saw that sales paid far better. Keeping his music as a second love, Brent performed as lead guitar in various bands in his younger years. 

Brent spent most of his early career absorbing and mastering selling methods and techniques from many of the great names in the sales training industry such as, Zig Zigler, Brian Tracy, Tom Hopkins, Jim Rhone and many other greats. Brent discovered these sales training masters as a teenager and they became his new rock stars. He became obsessed and tried to attend every sales training seminar that came to the Dallas area. Realizing the limitless income potential, he immediately became focused on mastering this amazing profession. He also attended Dale Carnegie's course(s) on public speaking.

He was a million dollar producer in numerous companies such as, National Prearranged Services, S. R. Clarke Executive Search, Criterion Productions, Wescott Communications and others too numerous to list. Brent generated sales and created marketing for Discovery Channel and a variety of television networks. 

In 1991, at the age of 27, Brent became the National Sales Manager for First Performance Group (FPG), producers of Brian Tracy seminars. During this time, he traveled  to various cities nationwide, training and leading his sales team to close millions of dollars in new business through conducting sales training workshops for prospective businesses future seminar attendees. As a precursor to the main speaking event by Brian Tracy, Brent spoke to corporate sales teams large and small, preparing them for Brian and other industry legends that FPG produced.

Brent went on to become a co-founder of Media World Television Inc. As President, COO and Executive Producer, he led the company into multi-millions of dollars in annual sales revenues and formed many limited and full partnerships, as well as many other joint ventures. ​

​Brent later founded International Business Television Inc., serving as CEO and Executive Producer, working along side of captains of industry to market and feature their companies on national television broadcasts. Brent worked with the President of the United States Chamber of Commerce and eventually consulted with the Deputy Commissioner of the US Customs Department, numerous port authority CEOs, several state senators, and countless mayors of major cities across the country, all of which helped to shape his in-depth experience and leadership levels crossing over in the business and political arenas.
